

I thought this was a good example of the power of developing seemingly small habits (aka atomic habits). This is 16,425 minutes in a year, which is the equivalent of reading more than 82 books a year (assuming 1 page takes 1 minute to read, and each book is 200 pages). Some of the people who ask me this tell me they watch 45 minutes of Netflix a day. This is more than 27 books (200 pages each) a year. I must say airports and flights have been a booster for me, however do this math: read 15 pages every day, and you will have read 5,475 pages a year. People often ask me where do I get the time to read this much (and I now get the same question about my writing on LinkedIn).
